NEWS RELEASE The International Aromatherapy and Herb Association (IAHA) is gearing up for its third annual Aromatherapy, Herb and Natural Health Conference & Trade Show scheduled for February 26-28, 1999, in Scottsdale, AZ. According to Jeffrey Schiller, president of IAHA, "This is a wholesale show where only pure and natural products will be exhibited. All products containing synthetic chemicals are not allowed in the trade show halls... The buyers that attend our show expect high quality pure products." "We made many good contacts at the last show" says Daniela Ernst, marketing manager of Starwest Botanicals. "It worked out much better than we had anticipated and we're coming back again!" The conference will feature over 60 workshops and lectures given by about 25 speakers. Renowned herbalist David Christopher, will be the keynote speaker as well as a presenter of four classes. Other featured presenters will include authors Shannon Quinn, Carol Schiller, Vimala Rodgers, Judy Griffin, and Mary Ann Atwood. Complimentary organic/vegetarian foods will be offered to the people attending the show.
