The mission of Arizona's Families On-Line (AFOL) Coalition is for children and adults with disabilities and their families to have access to each other and reliable information about disabilities, services and supports, both within their communities and worldwide via computer technology.

Founded in April 1995, we are currently in phase III of our project. We are striving to expand our resources to be Arizona specific.
