FreeIcs---Guidelines for the ten-part integrated programs

Mission Statement and Policy: We, as sovereign human beings, as participants in the free enterprise system, proclaim we are grateful to Almighty God for our life, liberty, property, talents, and happiness. Therefore, FreeIcs is established as a genuine non-profit integrated paradigm established in Maricopa County, Arizona. Members by their free participation in FreeIcs understand that all shall love justice and mercy, to do good and right, and to always walk with humbleness (strength under control) with the Lord.

The charter of FreeIcs is an individually non-profit created facility established for the betterment of mankind and humanity in all our human endeavors—whether as individuals or in business. This charter affirms that all sovereign human beings possess an unalienable right to contract integrating human resources, materials, money, credit, and talent under free-will agreements that are universally made and accepted. The unique Free trade unit is established to better maximize people, materials, labor, and money/credit under one umbrella.

FreeIcs is one facilitator, among others, as a partial alternative to the political enterprise economy, for the free marketplace, to enable sovereign human beings to increase genuine treasure and wealth. Freeics is intended to be an integrated facility and network of naturally existing economic relationships, for the transaction of any and all lawful business endeavors, for the common good, and for the benefit of mankind and humanity.

All the following programs are easy to understand. FreeIcs literally KISSes everyone. We promise to keep our programs—simple and simple, period.

(1.) Alternative Barter and Trade System (Separate legal entity—FreeIcs)

Free Enterprise International Credit Systems (FreeIcs) potentially is the largest non-profit entity and fund-raiser for non-profit organizations. Some of the many additional advantages and history of FreeIcs will follow in the addendum at the end of this summary.

FreeIcs is very similar to conventional barter and trade clubs, but different from all the disadvantages of most barter and trade clubs. If you already know something about trading and Bartering, here are some of the additional advantages using our non-profit systems:

(a.) There are no membership fee or high transaction fees. The entire program is operated from our own self-generated Trade Units. Therefore, members will not be asked for cash, either to join, or for daily administrative operational fees.

(b.) Since FreeIcs relies upon and is based upon economic veracity, the most efficient local trading group is usually limited to less than between 200 to 400 members. Members will virtually know everyone in their local area geographic ZIP code community. However, your local group will have access to all groups throughout the State and Country.

(c.) Everything will be automated, computerized, and operated through the Internet and cell-phone technology. Therefore, your records shall belong exclusively to you and financial information will always be private.

(d.) All members pledge to be absolutely honest and ethical with each other. Everyone in your local group will know one another. Five members of you group will be asked to sponsor and guarantee your performance. Checks and balances are built into our unique trade system preventing waste and fraud. Unethical persons will be sanctioned and ostracized—in addition to other legal process available from the political enterprise economy, such as the civil courts.

(e.) Very importantly, we encourage all our members to contribute a small percentage, usually less than 2%, or in lump sums to your local group—for distribution to the poor and needy in your area. It is well known that most non-profit organizations currently assisting the poor and needy, there is a large demand for living accommodations, such as property rentals and hotels. For the first time FreeIcs will address this very serious community concern and make available these living accommodations with the poor in your community.

(f.) The only major requirements to join are: to regularly balance your account, never to let your account to become overdrawn, and to fulfill all your moral and legal obligations with FreeIcs. If you have goods and services for sale and you are an ethical individual, you are welcomed within Free Enterprise International Credit Systems.

(g.) You will be asked to carefully read and sign a one-page contract form and also asked for a minimum of five references and/or major credit cards. (See the following contract form)

(h.) It is expected that FreeIcs will have thousands of merchants on-line with a very diverse amount of goods and services for sale. Eventually, popular consumer items such as groceries and gasoline will become available on-line with FreeIcs.

This Agreement is universally accepted by all users. FREE ENTERPRISE INTERNATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEMS (i.e., “FreeIcs”) is a non-profit integrated paradigm facility network of naturally existing economic relationships among sovereign human beings. The undersigned user/associate, in his individual personal capacity, pledges the following:

(1.) To produce, sell, and to distribute their goods and/or services legitimately and honestly.

(2.) To behave in an honest and ethical manner; And to satisfy all lawful and moral duties and obligations.

(3.) To carefully monitor, regularly balance, and to maintain all account(s) in a plus (“credit”) balance, unless pre-arrangements have been made.

(4.) To comply with necessary by-laws, ethics, rules, and customs of ”FreeIcs.” The mission statement for FreeIcs associates is to provide better products and services, at a lower and better competitive price, and for immediate use, distribution, and consumption. We acknowledge that our Blessings are freely given to us by our Heavenly Father, including Life, Liberty, Property, and Happiness. All users/associates are expected to practice genuine justice and mercy, to always do good, and to walk humbly with our Creator.

(5.) The “FreeIcs” community is established as a private, mutually self-generated, non-political, unincorporated, “paying it forward” free-enterprise ‘non-profit’ facility, for the common benefit of human beings, who voluntarily agree to practice capitalistic laissez-faire free enterprise. Only honest and productive human beings shall be welcomed within this association.

(6.) Participation within ”FreeIcs” is voluntary and shall not prejudice any users inherent or unalienable rights. “FreeIcs” Trade-Units shall exclusively be for the sole use, benefit, and enjoyment of its facility users. Accordingly, no Trade Units in this association, shall be paid forward to any outside person or entity for any reason whatsoever.

(7.) Any dispute or dishonesty, shall be remedied in any lawful forum including, (but not limited to) Self-regulation, Confession of Obligation, Ostracizing, or Litigation for any Loss. Arbitration of any dispute may be further examined by fellow peers as overseers.

(8.) Facility users accounts may be diminished by any combination of the following maximum percentages: (a.) A limit of up to 1% on month-end Credit (i.e., positive) balances, or (b.) a Limit of up to 1% charge on account month-end Debit (i.e., negative) balances. In addition to the above, no more than 1% shall be charged on both purchases and/or sales. All facility users are solely responsible for the daily monitoring, balancing, downloading, and reconciling of their accounts.

(9.) Upon satisfactory completion of all obligations, facility users, in good standing, will have equal standing in "FreeIcs."

(3.) Scrip and Shopper’s Certificate Program (From major grocery and department stores)

Between 3% to 12%+ of your purchases will go to the charity or worthy projects of your choice. Several thousands of dollars of cash flow per month, generated from your commerce, is expected to be produced—within metro-Phoenix. Individuals sponsored through your non profit organization “can give without giving” a small percentage from all of their normal and ordinary purchases. An example: You can obtain a Kroger’s (Fry’s) prepaid “gift-card” from your non-profit or parish organization. You will receive up to 6% to assist your parish or non-profit organization. Your Kroger’s “gift-card” can be recharged/reloaded, at your store, using cash, checks, or even your debit or credit cards.

How can you do this? A minimum of $5.00 will purchase a rechargable/reloadable Kroger/Fry’s gift-card, and the card will have an initial $5.00 credit. Before shopping, have customer service, or at store checkout, have the cashier recharge/reload your “gift-card” by using cash, a check, a debit or credit card. Obtain a receipt verifying your available credit prior to checking your food out. (You may recharge your “gift-card” up to $500.00 at anytime. Every time you spend the Kroger/Fry’s gift-card, your organization will receive up to 6% from all your purchases. It is just that simple and easy!!!

Upon completion at checkout, swipe the “gift card” to deduct your groceries just like any debit or credit card. Your receipt will show the credit balance remaining (if any) on your “gift card.” Your gift card can be reloaded over and over, and your organization will receive up to 6%.

Your “gift card” can be used at any Kroger store, or subsidiaries throughout the United States.

For paper script users, Bashas’ certificates designed as “Bashas’ Money Orders”, can be used just like cash, and your organization will receive up to 6% from all your purchases at all Bashas’ and upscale stores such as “A. J.’s” affiliated with them. Other stores such as Denny’s restaurant and Sunflower Markets have similar programs. You simply purchase their store scrip and spend like cash. The percentages range from 3% to 10%.

(4.) Community Partner’s Card through Albertson’s/Osco Drug Stores nationally.

Pick up an Albertson’s “Community Partner’s Card” and up to 3% of all your cumulative purchases limited to $1,800.00 per calendar quarter, will be paid for student education to your school organization. These thin wallet sized cards only cost 15 cents each and can be distributed free to all Albertson’s and Osco Drug Stores shoppers. This community partners card is valid throughout the entire United States. You must always remember to present your community partners card at the checkout stand. You will not be asked by the Cashier for your card—so you always need to take the initiative that your card is scanned into the system. You use this card in conjunction with your Albertson’s/Osco discount card.

(5.) Non-Profit State Chartered Credit Union

FreeIcs, as one of it’s goals, intends to establish a non-profit State Chartered Credit Union exclusively for our facility users. Historically, credit unions, because of their non-profit status, pay more to their members on their savings, while they charge less interest on member loans. Facility users in FreeIcs will experience better competitive advantages, and savings, rather than being dependent on the whims and politics of their local bank. Genuine equity homeowner loans, rather than conventional debt equity loans, for the first time, will be offered.

Alternatively, FreeIcs may contract with established credit unions for convenient locations and operational convenience for our members.

State laws, rules, and regulations only require a minimum number of incorporators and board of directors. However, no minimum capital or investment (stock) is required up-front, so there is relatively modest cost to establish and maintain a state chartered credit union. FreeIcs will teach you, as a sovereign person, how we can build our own communities for ourselves what you actually need for yourself—and not being dependent upon the political enterprise economy and the retail banking syndicate who are often at odds with their customers. FreeIcs can do better for ourselves—by establishing our own bank (credit union) and generate our own commerce whether in savings, loans, or equivalent letters of credit.

(6.) Creation of a State Chartered Entrepreneur High School,

grades 7 through 12

FreeIcs, through the St. Labre Foundation, an Arizona non-profit foundation established in 1991 intends to establish a state-chartered entrepreneur junior/senior high school, for grades 7 through 12 to a maximum age of 21. This school will strictly teach/promote ethics, moral values, free-enterprise entrepreneurship, finding better innovative ways to produce better products and services, at a better price, for immediate use and consumption, by using our talents, creativity, and innovation in preparation for the business world. The very unique charter school will also be a preparatory school for business bound college students and future leaders in the community—especially for creative entrepreneurs. FreeIcs charter school will strongly encourage everyone to become better persons at home, in the work place, and in the community stressing values/ideals that are neglected in traditional government schools. Subjects focused, in part, include personal character, ethics, advertising, promotion, marketing, self-defense, political science, technology, psychology, and entrepreneurship skills that will last a lifetime.

The Labre school also recognizes how we as sovereign human beings can be more active and effective in political affairs that respects the dignity and sanctity of all human life, and to make public corporations, the municipality, and government accountable and voluntary through the political process. FreeIcs will never be silent on ethics and morals!!! Also we will be brute when it comes to honesty always teaching the truth in fact which is seldom taught through the establishment media and academia.

The creation of a state chartered school will involve minimum capital. A transfer of tuition tax credits and taxes paid to the state will finance 100% of our alternative educational facility.

(7.) Use of library, materials, and lectures that promote Holiness, Sanctity, Free-Will (Freedom) under a genuine voluntary association. Also: Spiritual and physical health and wellness alternatives.

FreeIcs has an extensive hard copy religious, theological, business, political, and extensive reference source available to all its members. Eventually we hope to establish a regular educational system that will enlighten all our members as compared with the tragedies from the controlled and manipulated establishment and news media.

Free Enterprise has endorsed “The Language of the Cells” published by Dr. Robert C. Bright a retired Chiropractor in Arizona. Dr. Bright’s book clearly demonstrates what true health is and that such good health must be maintained—and, in fact, many if not most physicians in this country, do a poor job helping their patients get well. This is a real eye opener for both the trained health care professional or the layman that needs and wants to be well. Where it hurts, it is pinched—if it is not pinched—there is no pain, is one motto of Dr. Bright.

(8.) Scale trading of commodities (Robert Wiest—“Can Not Lose Scale Trading Commodities.”

FreeIcs will offer to all its members how to safely ‘money’ manage (not investing) your capital by employing proven, mathematical, and scientific scale trading in the world-wide commodity markets, that over the past thirty-five years (long term) have proven to consistently and conservatively generate an annual average return between 25% to 50% on their capital, while safely protecting their investment. Scale trading is not curve fitted—that is, forced fitted into a pre-determined paradigm. Ten percent was the lowest annual downturn during the past 35 years using strict scale trading methodology. There was one eighteen month period that resulted in an unrealized losses—through patience holding onto those unrealized losses, eventually turned those unrealized paper losses into an 80% return the following year. FreeIcs has adopted the principals for “scale trading” developed by former math teacher, Robert Wiest of Northern California. FreeIcs will do this for its facility users, for a nominal voluntary management fee, or FreeIcs will teach its members how this can be done on their own!!! This is the only group that members need to pledge their funds, or obtain an alternative international letter of credit. All our other programs require little or no capital. However, in scale trading as with any investment or commodities, there is always a risk of losing your investment.

FreeIcs encourages all of its facility users to directly purchase silver from our designated and accredited brokers at near spot price!!! This is because one of FreeIcs goals is to acquire any commodity, such as precious metals, at better than retail or wholesale. In addition, our facility users will have the opportunity how they can best use ‘leverage,’ up to ten to one ratio, by paying forward FreeIcs trade units into circulation—rather than borrowing and “loaning” silver Units into circulation, thus avoiding unnecessary parasitic high usury costs.

(10.) Pooling of resources paying incentives/trade reward Units to inventors/innovators.

Since one of FreeIcs goals is to offer better and better goods and/or services at a better cost for immediate use, we strongly encourage beneficial inventions by offering generous financial rewards, in cash or in Trade Units, to inventors who benefit mankind and humanity. In part, this would include creations that are scientifically provable, patentable, financially secured, and marketable, world-wide. FreeIcs is looking for a true cure for cancer, maintaining genuine health and wellness, a solution to AIDS, workable cold fusion, and a practicable, electrical automobile performing better than current technology, just to name a few. Because FreeIcs is a non-profit organization, all the profits in FreeIcs accruing from these inventions will be pooled among its common members.

We, as sovereign human beings, forever grateful to Almighty God for our life, liberty, property, talents, and happiness, hereby establish this Charter in a Global setting. This Charter initially will have its beginnings in the land area commonly known as Maricopa County, Arizona. The primary objective of members/associates participating in this Charter shall always be; “To love justice and mercy, to love goodness, to do right, and to walk humbly with the Lord.”

This Charter is a non-profit individually self-created facility established for the betterment of mankind and humanity in all sovereign human endeavors—whether for personal or business affairs. “FreeIcs” humble beginnings is established to be a paradigm cooperative “paying it forward” usury and debt free facilitator, which is intended to be a partial alternative to conventional bartering and the banking credit-lending syndicate. FreeIcs mission is to move goods and services, always at better quality, striving for a lower price, and for immediate distribution and usage.

This charter recognizes and affirms that all Sovereign Human Beings, participating within FreeIcs, possess an unalienable right to contract with each other (on a global basis) that will integrate resources such as people, materials, money, credit, and talent, under free-will agreements universally made and accepted. The unique FreeIcs trade Unit is established to better maximize people, materials, labor, and money/credit under one umbrella.

The FreeIcs international Charter shall have the power to establish reasonable by-laws. Said by-laws will be regularly posted on the Internet in the public domain. FreeIcs is open to anyone who has any legitimate product or services to purchase or to sell. However, all participants must first agree, and most importantly, to behave ethically and morally in all their conduct.

Internationally and uniformly, FreeIcs will sanction, and supervise, and to audit those charters within approved communities that have a proven infrastructure of dedicated moral people and/or those existing non-profit organizations who possess an established track record of integrity and morals. Any increase of genuine wealth within FreeIcs will lawfully belong to the local community. Accordingly, community participants will be encouraged to regularly contribute up to 2% from their purchases or sales to a bona-fide charity locally selected by the local area committees. Also, lump sum contributions will always be welcomed!!!

Before individuals may participate in FreeIcs, each newly proposed member shall make a personal/mutual pledge, in common, with all other participants on a universally recognized and accepted agreement/contract. Participation is by mutual invitation, from other facilitators in good standing, and membership is subject to termination, for legitimate cause, anytime.

Following is general information about “FreeIcs,” an alternative to trade clubs, and a “state of the art” financial and trade organization that is “light years” ahead of banking and bartering:

“FreeIcs” is a “self-created” generic non-profit “bills of credit” paradigm. We are a user friendly “buyers” and “sellers” trade cooperative. Participation is open and free to all God-fearing and ethical people by invitation. All increases in genuine wealth remain with all our people in good standing. Integrated with the International Network, and utilizing cellular telephone technology, “FreeIcs” lawfully can be used by all moral and ethical facility users.

Most anyone can join who has any legitimate goods and services for sale. Big ticket items, real estate, excessive inventories, business enterprises, coins, stamps, antiques, etc. In addition, you name it, “FreeIcs” can also facilitate to buy and sell it!!!
